THE ARTIST

1959, Lincolnshire.
Art Foundation at Grimsby.
BA (Hons) Fine Art at Exeter.
PGCE (Art & Design) Brighton.
'Landscapes
have become a new obsession for me.
Having spent years drawing and painting the figure, mastering the textures
of skin, hair and fabric,
I am finding new challenges interpreting the emotive power of the land through
the changing light,
the texture and the seemingly random, but repeating patterns I see in
nature.'
Artist better known for his figure-work in pencil, conté and oils.
Exhibitions in London, Brighton,Edinburgh, Miami, Montreal,
Antwerp, Berlin, Brussels and Barcelona and in many smaller galleries throughout
the UK.
